Hunter Biden has reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors to resolve charges that he failed to pay federal income taxes in 2017 and 2018. He also reached a "diversion" agreement to avoid prosecution of a felony charge that he was a drug user in possession of a handgun, also in 2018.
