Ray Quinn has shared huge career news with his social media followers ahead of the birth of his second child.
The former Brookside star announced he and his long-term partner Emily Ashleigh were expecting a baby back in March. Ray uploaded a video, which showed him and Emily in an empty theatre.
Ray could be seen taking Emily's hand as they began to dance, before the camera dropped down to Emily's stomach, which Ray cradled in his hands, before it cut to a baby scan photo held by Emily. The words "Coming Soon" appeared over the image before the film faded out.

After becoming a child star in Brookside, Ray won over the nation when he competed on The X Factor in 2006. He finished in second place, with Leona Lewis coming first.
He later went on to take part in Dancing on Ice, winning the celebrity skating competition twice - in 2009 and in the All Stars show in 2014. Ray also went on to be cast in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, playing the role of right-wing extremist Jonny Baxter.
But when the pandemic hit, Ray had a drastic career change, working for delivery service Hermes. At the time, he told the Mirror "I just didn't want to sit around and feel sorry for myself."
Since then, he has also worked as a carpet fitter in the family business with brothers Darren and Robin. But now Ray is returning to the limelight.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 33-year-old announced he is going on a UK tour. Ray said: "My BRAND NEW tour *KING OF SWING* is close to hitting the road!!
"Get your tickets for my opening night in my home town the beautiful city of Liverpool FRIDAY 5th AUGUST at the @epsteintheatre".
The tour will see Ray perform songs by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr "and much more", and will visit other cities including Bolton and Basildon.
