The Baltimore Ravens hired offensive coordinator Todd Monken after a long and in-depth search following the departure of Greg Roman. The team clearly feels like he can bring success to an offensive unit that has struggled to find consistency over the past few seasons despite having deep talent at most positions.
Monken is already making an impact both on and off of the field in Baltimore, and his players seem to love not only the new offense he’s installing, but his personality and demeanor as well. Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers and offensive lineman Morgan Moses both gave high praise to Monken on the team’s latest “Ravens Wired” video.
