Williams entered the summer behind Marlon Humphrey and Arthur Maulet and on the Ravens depth chart. Jayln Armour-Davis outplayed the former Houston star defensive back, and the additions of Nate Wiggins and T.J. Tampa in the NFL draft made earning a roster spot even more difficult.
