The Baltimore Ravens have been busy over the past few days getting their rookies from the 2022 NFL draft under contract. With an 11-player class they’ve had to do quite a lot in that regard, but they’re beginning to see more and more of their rookies to put pen to paper.
On Tuesday, the team’s first pick in the 2022 draft in Kyle Hamilton agreed to terms on his rookie contract. With this deal being agreed upon, it makes it so that Baltimore has both of their first round picks signed and ready to go well before the start of training camp.

The #Ravens and No. 14 overall pick DB Kyle Hamilton have agreed to terms on his four-year, fully guaranteed rookie contract worth $16.255M with a signing bonus of $9.002M, source said. As always, he gets a fifth-year club option and will sign soon.

Hamilton was the 14th overall selection in the 2022 draft out of Notre Dame, and was widely considered a steal. In three collegiate seasons he accumulated 138 total tackles and eight interceptions, showcasing his ability to be great in pass coverage as well as a force agains the run. He will now get to learn from the many experiences of his teammates in the Baltimore secondary, something that will do wonders for his career early on.
