Ravens rookie pays his respect to Myles Garrett

Despite a horrendous 3-14 season ending in a loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the Cleveland Browns were still subject to being on HBO’s “Hard Knocks.”

But it has had some positive moments despite the abysmal season. In the latest episode covering the Browns and Ravens game, one of the more wholesome moments occurred. Ravens rookie offensive tackle Roger Rosengarten, a second-round pick, approached Myles Garrett to ask him for a huge favor.

During the game, Rosengartern came to Garrett to ask for his jersey after the game. Here was Garrett’s response:

Garrett explained to Rosengarten that he is playing well at the top of his profession by playing in the NFL alone. He’ll never be a nobody. Garrett then agreed to give Rosengarten his jersey after the game.

The amount of respect that Garrett receives around the rest of the league is resounding. He will have a one-way ticket to Canton five years after he retires.
