The Baltimore Ravens traded away wide receiver Marquise Brown to the Arizona Cardinals on the first night of the 2022 draft, raising many questions about how the wideout position would be addressed. They decided to not draft a receiver, and didn’t add any veteran help until August with Demarcus Robinson.
On Wednesday, it was reported by multiple outlets that Baltimore is signing former Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Andy Isabella to their practice squad. The move will give the team more positional depth at wideout, as the Ravens are taking a chance on Isabella’s future potential.

Isabella was a second-round selection in the 2019 NFL draft, and has totaled 33 receptions for 447 yards and three touchdowns over his time in the NFL. He is on the smaller side, as he stands at 5-foot-9 and weighs around 188 pounds. He ran a 4.31 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, so he has speed to his game, and he could carve out a role in Baltimore depending on how the team’s receiver depth looks at the end of the year.
