Ravens reportedly offer DE Jadeveon Clowney a contract, veteran taking time to mull decision

The Baltimore Ravens will be relying on multiple young players to step up in their outside linebacker room. Third-year player Odafe Oweh and second-year player David Ojabo are going to be tasked with taking over Baltimore’s pass rushing department, but the team could be looking to add a veteran to put alongside them.

On Tuesday, it was reported that veteran pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney had visited with the Ravens. Over the course of the day on Wednesday, Josina Anderson reported that Clowney had stayed in the Baltimore area, and the team had offered him a deal, with the veteran taking his time to mull over his decision.
