The Baltimore Ravens have plenty of roster decisions to make over the course of the next few months, especially with 2023 free agency already in full swing after the legal tampering period opened up on Monday. Baltimore hasn’t been very aggressive up to this point, and needs to find a resolution with quarterback Lamar Jackson.
The Ravens began to make moves with their restricted free agents, extending a low restricted tender to quarterback Tyler Huntley while not tendering safety Geno Stone. On Wednesday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reported that Huntley was the only one of Baltimore’s restricted free agents to be tendered, with center Trystan Colon, inside linebackers Del’Shawn Phillips and Kristin Welch as well as long snapper Nick Moore as the others who were non-tendered.
Tyler Huntley was only Ravens RFA tendered. That means C Trystan Colon, ILBs Kristian Welch and Del'Shawn Phillips, S Geno Stone and LS Nick Moore are all FAs.
Ravens will likely try to re-sign most, if not all, of them to smaller deals, but they're free to sign elsewhere— Jeff Zrebiec (@jeffzrebiec) March 15, 2023
