Ravens QB Lamar Jackson shares how he’s feeling after wearing sleeve at Wednesday’s practice

The Baltimore Ravens will be looking to bounce back from their 42-38 defeat at the hands of the Dolphins in Week 2. They’ll battle the New England Patriots in Week 3, with quarterback Lamar Jackson looking to help will his team to a victory and a 2-1 record through three weeks.

On Wednesday, Jackson was spotted with a sleeve on his arm, not throwing during the media’s open viewing part of the session. The quarterback was asked numerous questions about the sleeve and his status after practice, but the former Louisville star expressed no worry in his answers, saying he’ll play in Week 3.

“I’m good. The pad came with the sleeve; it wasn’t added or anything like that. I’m good. I’m going to be out there Sunday; I’m going to be out there tomorrow in practice. I’m good.”

Jackson was then asked if he was able to throw during Wednesday’s practice, and while he said he wasn’t able to, he said he’d be throwing a lot on Sunday.

“No, I’m going to throw Sunday – a lot Sunday.”

The fifth-year quarterback has been on a tear through his first two games of the 2022 season, so having him out on the field is extremely important. Jackson will be facing off against Patriots quarterback Mac Jones in the first-ever battle between the two signal callers.
