The Baltimore Ravens got a taste of international play during the 2023 season when they faced off with the Tennessee Titans in London. Baltimore won the contest, and the international support throughout the week was incredible for both sides.
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was asked about the international fanbase that is quickly growing across the sport. Jackson talked about how it’s tremendous to have fans everywhere, and never thought that there would be fans traveling from places like the U.K. to watch football games.
“That’s crazy. That’s crazy, man. That’s great to see. Our game is just spreading across the world like that. [To] have fans from [the] U.K. [and elsewhere], that’s tremendous. I would never think we’d have fans from [the] U.K. traveling to see this game. That’s great.”
