When the Baltimore Ravens drafted wide receiver Zay Flowers in the first round of the 2023 NFL draft, they envisioned him as a potential game-changer on the offensive side of the ball. His particular set of skills can be a reason why opposing defensive coordinators stay up at night, and he should fit right into what Baltimore wants to do on the offensive side of the ball.
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was asked about his impressions of Flowers so far, and had high praise for the rookie. Jackson called Flowers “shifty”, and also mentioned that he’s smooth in the process.
