It sounds like the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens will both be minus a key wide receiver when they square off on Saturday. On Thursday, Steelers wide receiver George Pickens worked only on individual drills while he nurses his hamstring injury and Baltimore receiver Rashod Bateman was see with a boot on his foot in the locker room.
The loss of Bateman would be minor in comparison to if Pickens cannot go. Bateman is fourth on the Ravens in receptions with just 38 catches. Meanwhile, Pickens is the best receiving option the Steelers have. He leads the team in both receptions as well as receiving yards and is the team’s one and only deep threat on the roster.
