The rivalry between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens has always been fierce and physical, and is easily one of the best in the NFL. But as heated as it has always been, it has usually been grounded in mutual respect. That doesn’t seem to be the case for Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen in relation to Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin.
Queen shared a story from his rookie season in 2020. He made a tackle on the Steelers sideline, and Tomlin screamed at him repeatedly: “You’re not a Raven! You’re not a Raven! You’re not supposed to be there! You’re not one of them!” Queen took that as disrespect. He carries that with him when he plays the Steelers. The reference was to the fact that even among Ravens players, you aren’t a Raven until you beat the Steelers.

The Steelers split with the Ravens last season but hold a 5-1 advantage over the last six games. Queen has been the Ravens linebacker in all those games, so it took until his fifth matchup before he got that win.
