The Baltimore Ravens held their first week of voluntary organized team activities in Owings Mills, and the amount of players in attendance was impressive. Only a handful of players didn’t show, and even so they appear to be working hard in advance of the 2023 season.
One player who did show up to OTAs was quarterback Lamar Jackson, who arrived at the team facility on Tuesday. Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh was asked about Jackson not getting any full-time reps and if it was to get him settled in, to which Harbaugh responded that the team wants to “ramp him up”.

“Absolutely. We want to ramp him [Lamar Jackson] up a little bit. His first day was yesterday. [We want to] ramp him up in terms of the conditioning. He’s been working, but with the conditioning here, the running, the lifting, the throwing, learning the offense, [we want to] just ramp him up out there, then he’ll be ready to go. He’ll probably do a little bit more tomorrow, then a little bit more the next day, then we’ll work from there.”
