The Baltimore Ravens won their first preseason game of 2022 on Thursday over the Tennessee Titans by the score of 23-10. The victory marked Baltimore’s 21st consecutive preseason win, a record that dates back to 2015.
One player who was not on the field during the game was wide receiver James Proche II, who had missed Tuesday’s practice for an undisclosed reason. Following the game on Thursday, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was asked about the status of Proche.

“Yeah, he’s got a little soft tissue deal, so we’ll see. It’s not going to be too long, a week or two. So that’s where it’s at. Kind of a camp thing.”
If Proche takes the full two weeks to recover, it would put the wide receiver ready to play come Week 1 in the regular season. The Ravens may not want to risk rushing Proche back to fast and risk reinjury, but the current group of Baltimore receivers is getting somewhat thin
Fellow wide receiver Tylan Wallace is also dealing with an injury. He left Thursday’s preseason game during the first quarter. Harbaugh later said Wallace suffered a minor knee sprain and was unsure how long he’ll miss.
