The Baltimore Ravens announced a big move on Thursday afternoon, as the team and offensive coordinator Greg Roman officially parted ways. The move comes after a four-year partnership, one that saw plenty of highs and plenty of lows.
During a press conference with general manager Eric DeCosta, head coach John Harbaugh discussed the search for a new offensive coordinator and who it would involve. He mentioned that quarterback Lamar Jackson would have a say in the hire, something that seems to indicate that the signal caller will have major input in how he wants the offense he plays in to look, assuming he stays in Baltimore.
