The Baltimore Ravens drafted tight ends Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar in the fourth round of the 2022 draft. Despite already having star tight end Mark Andrews on the roster, expectations for the two young players were high.
While Kolar hasn’t had much of an opportunity as the No. 3 tight end, Likely has stepped in flawlessly for Andrews after multiple injuries. Head coach John Harbaugh said he expects a jump from Likely and Kolar in 2024, showing his excitement for both players.

Baltimore’s next step is figuring out how to use Andrews and Likely’s tandem effectively, as both have proven to be weapons in the Ravens’ offense. Expect Kolar to get more work, too, as Baltimore has effectively used three tight-end sets over the last few years.
