Ravens GM Eric DeCosta gives update on T Ronnie Stanley

The Baltimore Ravens struggled to find consistent play out of their offensive line during the 2021 season. They suffered many injuries across the unit, which is one of the main reasons why they struggled so much over the course of the year.

One of the key pieces who missed the majority of the season was All-Pro offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley. Baltimore general manager Eric DeCosta gave a positive update on Stanley, talking about the progress that he’s made and saying that he feels further ahead than at this point last year.

Stanley suffered a gruesome ankle injury in the middle of the 2022 season against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and hasn’t been able to play in any games for the team outside of Week 1 of 2021 against the Las Vegas Raiders, where he didn’t look like himself and opted for another surgery on his ankle. There is still a long way to go for Stanley’s recovery, but DeCosta’s message marks a positive update on the tackle.
