The Baltimore Ravens went through an extremely difficult season in 2021. They suffered through countless injuries, a COVID outbreak in their locker room and six-straight losses to fall out of the playoff race entirely.
Baltimore defensive lineman Brandon Williams was asked about if the 2021 season was the strangest he’s ever experienced, and the defensive lineman went into detail about how it was a “whirlwind”, but talked about how resilient the group was.
“Yes, this season was definitely a whirlwind. You couldn’t tell me that the season was going to end up like this and me believe it. You couldn’t tell me that we were going to start with so many injuries and still win so many games. So, we’ve got a resilient group. We’ve got a team that is battle tested and not afraid to put it all out there and go hard in the paint – win, lose or draw – and that’s what we want to keep building on.”
