The Baltimore Ravens signed cornerback Ronald Darby to a one-year deal to help bolster their cornerback room following the unexpected surgery that fellow cornerback Marlon Humphrey underwent on his foot. Darby tore his ACL in Week 5 of the 2022 season, but will hopefully be able to help the team’s secondary stay together until Humphrey returns.

Darby made his Baltimore practice debut on Friday, and jogged out on the field in No. 33. However, on Saturday he was already donning a new number, switching over to No. 28, the number worn by cornerback Trayvon Mullen before being placed on the non-football injury list.
