The dramatic body transformation has paid off for Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey.
Having slimmed down, his newly regained quickness and speed have led to Humphrey’s monster training camp thus far.
But he couldn’t stop Derrick Henry’s pure power and battering brawn, at least not at yesterday’s practice.
According to a Ravens.com Editor, Thursday was the most physical practice training camp has seen thus far. It featured Henry breaking tackles left and right and dragging defenders everywhere.
Humphrey admitted that Henry took him for a little ride in quote-tweeting a story from the club’s website.
Can confirm. I lowkey took a ride today from the King. Happy he’s on our side lol https://t.co/yVSstmi1nI

Henry, who has gone viral a couple of times this summer in videos of his weight room heroics, has close to 60 pounds on Humphrey, so a play like this is somewhat expected.
“The King” will be a formidable force against opposing defenses this season. He can’t wait to start running over opponents instead of his teammates.
