Ravens CB Marcus Peters shares advice he’s given to S Kyle Hamilton

The Baltimore Ravens drafted safety Kyle Hamilton in the first round of the 2022 NFL draft.  Hamilton has a lot of veterans to learn from in the secondary, including cornerback Marcus Peters. Both were drafted in the first round of their respective drafts, and came into the league with lofty expectations.

Peters was able to speak to the media about what advice he gives Hamilton. He relayed the fact that he tells the rookie to play fast and the rest will take care of itself, making sure to mention that he believes the rookie will be a great NFL player

“I just keep telling the young man, ‘Play fast. You play fast, and you don’t worry about everything else. It will take care of itself.’ I think that’s what he did, and plays, he’s going to keep making them. He’s going to be an excellent player in this league. His body type is out of this world, and he loves football, so that’s all that matters. He loves football. So, just keep playing fast and enjoy the game.”

Hamilton is going to be able to learn so much from the veterans in the Baltimore secondary, and that’s going to do wonders for the rest of his career, especially his rookie year. He has an immense amount of potential, and should continue to build off of a strong Week 3 game against the New England Patriots.
