The Baltimore Ravens felt the loss of cornerback Marcus Peters throughout the course of the 2021 season. The veteran tore his ACL right before Week 1 and was unable to suit up at all for the team last year, creating a big void in their secondary.
There has been much speculation as to when Peters will return from his injury. Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic caught up with the cornerback, and relayed that Peters is in good spirits as well as making good progress on his recovery from his knee injury.
Caught up with Ravens CB Marcus Peters today. Peters, who missed all of last season with a torn ACL, said he's in good spirits and making good progress in his recovery. "I'm in the right place, going in the right direction with my leg."

Zrebiec also said Peters was reluctant to put a timeframe on his recovery, but said when he’s ready he’ll be on the field.
“Putting a timeframe is always going to be just people’s words and s*** like that. When Marcus is ready to be on the field playing ball, I’m going to be.”
