Everton got back to winning ways against Crystal Palace at Goodison Park in the Premier League this afternoon.
The Blues took an early lead through Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who drove forward and finished well after being found on the edge of the area by Alex Iwobi.
Despite an erroneous flag for offside initially, Anthony Gordon's goal was then rightly given in the second half to huge cheers as it went 2-0.
A gorgeous move then made it 3-0, with Iwobi involved again after a neat one-two teed up Dwight McNeil to slide home.
Frank Lampard's men were well worth their win in a lively encounter which threatened to boil over at times, in significant part due to the officials losing their grip of control over proceedings.
Today's result moves the Blues up to 11th in the table, with 13 points after 12 matches.
Next up for Everton is a trip to Fulham on Saturday evening to end the month.
