Susan Boyle quickly became a household name following her superstar stint on ITV's Britain's Got Talent (BGT) back in 2009. She narrowly missed out on victory, coming in second place to dance group Diversity.
Following her time on the TV competition, she went on to be signed to Simon Cowell's record label Syco Entertainment and has released eight albums in 11 years. However, it is not often she is seen out and about in public or attending public engagements - until recently, when she delighted fans in Ireland.
The 61-year-old was snapped spending some time at Knock House Hotel in Mayo in the West of Ireland. On the pub's official Facebook page, she could be seen posing in photos with excited locals from the area - 14 years after appearing on the BGT, the Mirror reports.

Alongside photos of the I Dreamed A Dream hit-maker, the caption read: "It was our pleasure to welcome Susan Boyle back to Knock House again recently. Susan is a fabulous Lady and we always love to see her return time and time again to Knock House Hotel. Pictured here with the lovely Des Dugan from the team at Senior Times LIVE."
In the images she could be seen smiling while donning a bright yellow coat and white cardigan, with her brown coloured hair styled in a short bob cut. Many people rushed to the comment section, with plenty pleased to see her doing well.
Annemarie wrote: "How nice to see her and how she has a wonderful voice that she can heal xxx." Gertrud added: "How lovely to hear from you, Susan! You look great! I'd love to listen to a new album from you, though I never get tired of listening to the others! Have a good time!"
Sally put: "Great picture, Susan your voice is beautiful. Nice to see you enjoying your time in Knock Hotel." Betty said: "You both look great! A lady in a million, bless all." Kate typed: "Welcome back to the wonderful Susan Boyle."
Susan rose to fame in 2009 after appearing as a contestant on the third series of Britain's Got Talent, singing 'I Dreamed a Dream' from Les Misérables. Her first album sold over 10 million copies.
