The official report revealed that Quan's death was caused by a combination of drugs including fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, and promethazine.
Quan's body was discovered without any signs of trauma, leading authorities to rule his death as accidental. His brother recounted finding Quan seemingly asleep on the kitchen floor before realizing something was amiss.
