It was a star-studded night in London when filmmaker Karan Johar, actors Hrithik Roshan, Ranveer Singh and Sonam Kapoor joined several other Bollywood celebs to attend the wedding of businessman Aneel Mussarat’s daughter late Sunday.
According to media reports, the wedding was billed at £4 million for various ceremonies spread over a week. Anoosha Mussarat, Mussarat’s daughter, tied the knot with property developer Edmund Kissner. The marriage rituals began in Manchester and ended with the wedding ceremony at Dorchester Hotel, London.
Apart from Hrithik, Ranveer, Sonam, Karan, Anil Kapoor and Suneil Shetty, the ceremony also saw major Pakistani politicians in attendance. Imran Khan, Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood, Shaukat Aziz, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Ahmed Raza Kasuri were among the many political guests at the grand party.
Karan even shared a picture with Hrithik and Ranveer as he enjoyed the grand bash. “London fun! @hrithikroshan @ranveersingh,” he wrote. He also shared pictures of his preparations for the party and wrote, “London nights! Bespoke suit and butterfly motif by @manishmalhotra05 shoes by @jimmychoo styled by @nikitajaisinghani.”
Sonam Kapoor wrote along with her pictures, “No great artist ever sees things as they really are. If he did, he would cease to be an artist.
