The Cleveland Browns have found a revelation in the form of 38-year-old quarterback Joe Flacco after their win against the Houston Texans.
Since taking over as the starting quarterback, the Browns have gone 3-1 on the season, and Flacco has thrown for over 300 yards in three straight games for the first time in his career. He has even led wide receiver Amari Cooper to a franchise record in single-game receiving yards.
It was a Merry Little Christmas indeed for Flacco and the Browns.
If Flacco was around for all 17 games at this current pace, he would be on pace for over 5,000 yards and over 40 touchdowns. As the Browns continue their push toward the postseason and a potential Super Bowl run, they will need more of the same from Flacco from here on out.
Where did Flacco’s elite performance land him concerning the other 31 starting quarterbacks this week? Here are all 32 starting quarterbacks ranked by their Week 16 ESPN QBR.
