Ranking the 15 best players who surprisingly stayed put at the NBA trade deadline

The NBA’s trade deadline was one of the most exciting in recent memory, with multiple former MVP winners and several All-Stars moved.

But there were also quite a few players around the league who heard their name in trade rumors over the past few weeks but now return to the same team now that the deadline has passed.

While there were some big moves, some teams (e.g. Raptors and Bulls) were expected to blow it up but decided against it. There were whispers that some big-name players were headed to new homes, but only some actually have to relocate.

These were the 15 best players who were rumored to get traded but will instead stay put for at least the remainder of the season:
