The Seahawks seem to have a much easier schedule than they did last year, at least on paper. There’s no brutal slog of Super Bowl contenders to face in the middle of the season, the bye week is right in the middle of the schedule and most of the games on the back end are winnable. However, we are projecting that they will finish with roughly the same record as the last two years. Our week-by-week predictions has Seattle ending the season at 9-8 once again.
According to a projection released by ESPN’s Mike Clay, we weren’t far off. He has the Seahawks at 8.8 wins this year. Check out the projected win totals for all 32 teams in 2024 below.
