Rangers have confirmed their starting XI for their first league match of the season away at Livingston.
The Light Blues have been busy in the transfer window ahead of this one and some of their new signings are getting a run-out against the Lions. Antonio Colak spearheads the attack with John Souttar helping Connor Goldson in the centre of defence. James Tavernier takes his usual spot in the right-back role with Jon McLaughlin picked ahead of veteran goalkeeper Allan McGregor between the sticks.
Borna Barisic completes the Rangers backline and in midfield, Glen Kamara and John Lundstram will provide the legwork. Tom Lawrence gets a chance to debut competitively after impressing in pre-season following his arrival from Derby County. Scott Wright will be able to prove himself in boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst's attack and Ryan Kent completes the attacking line-up for the Govan club. There are players missing out on action.
Strikers Alfredo Morelos and Kemar Roofe are continuing their recoveries from injury with new signings Ben Davies and Rabbi Matondo also out.
Glenn Middleton completed a permanent switch to Dundee United before kick-off and Nikola Katic has been told to find a new club.
After this one, Rangers take to Champions League third round qualifier first leg action in Belgium against Union St Gilloise.
Rangers XI: McGregor, Tavernier, Goldson, Souttar, Barisic; Lundstram, Kamara, Lawrence, Wright, Colak, Kent.
Subs: McGregor, Jack, Davis, Sands, Sakala, Arfield, King, Devine, Tillman
