Michael Beale will be without SIX Rangers stars for the weekend clash with St Mirren.
Ever-present defender Connor Goldson remains sidelined with a hip issue but hopes are he could return next weekend to face Aberdeen or certainly in time to face Old Firm rivals Celtic at Hampden in the Scottish Cup semi-final. The stopper is joined on the sidelies by five other players including key duo Ryan Kent and Ryan Jack.
Giving an update on his squad, Beale explained to the media: "A few missing for the weekend. Connor Goldson is still unavailable. [Ridvan] Yilmaz, [Antonio] Colak, [Scott] Wright, [Ryan] Jack and [Ryan] Kent are also unavailable for the weekend.

"We need some stability after a period of change of managers, we need stability with the same fitness and medical coaches and things will improve."
The Rangers boss also revealed the club ARE speaking to transfer targets ahead of the new season.
The Light Blues gaffer has previously stated a desire to bring in at least FIVE new faces to the club as he continues his squad revamp ahead of his first full season. Todd Cantwell and Nicolas Raskin came in during the January window to kick things off with decisions to be made on a number of out of contract and fringe players currently on the books.
Beale has already stated a desire to retain out of contract duo Kent and Jack with the likes of Alfredo Morelos, Steven Davis and Allan McGregor also in the final months of deals at Ibrox.
Sporting Director Ross Wilson has left for a new role at English Premier League outfit Nottingham Forest but that has not stopped transfer plans with talks moving forward. Beale added: "There are targets we are speaking to, I won't give you the details but I am confident and happy with where things are.
"There is a strong foundation now and we have some big decisions to make this summer. I am excited about it.
"It will be a good summer for us, John Bennett has arrived with a lot of energy & good ideas.
" I feel the support from the board, the communication has been very clear - the planning has been ongoing since November. I'm excited about the future and our arrivals..
"The first thing we look at is does a player fit Rangers. We are searching far and wide. If the window goes how I plan it to go you will see the strong players that arrive."
