Philippe Clement's side welcome the team from Glasgow’s south side to Ibrox for the fifth-round tie on Sunday afternoon.
Rangers progressed to the fourth round of the tournament after a 5-0 win over Fraserburgh last month.
Callum Davidson's Queen's Park, meanwhile, triumphed over Partick Thistle in the third round and then Montrose in the fourth round.
