This summer is set to be a busy one at Ibrox.
Rangers have already tied down Connor Goldson, Steven Davis and Scott Arfield on new contracts this summer.
While John Souttar has signed on a permanent deal from Hearts after agreeing a pre-contract in January.
And Gio van Bronckhorst isn’t expected to be finished there.
Sunderland striker Ross Stewart appears to be a target after Cedric Itten sealed a switch to BSC Young Boys earlier this month.
Full-back Borna Barisic has been reportedly linked with a move away from Ibrox after scouts watched him for Croatia.
While one player who seems unlikely to be joining Rangers this summer is FC Sochi ace Mateo Cassierra.
The future of veteran goalkeeper Allan McGregor is also up in the air with his next move or potential retirement still unclear.
Record Sport runs the rule over the latest links with the Premiership runners up.
Cameron Archer
According to talkSPORT , Rangers are interested in Aston Villa striker Cameron Archer this summer.
And he enjoyed an impressive audition on the day the links emerged, scoring for England Under-21s in a 3-0 win over Albania.
Recently relegated Watford and their Championship rivals Middlesbrough are also said to be interested.
The hitman's bagged seven goals in 20 appearances in the English Championship while on loan at Preston North End last season.
Mateo Cassierra
Cassierra has previously addressed interest from the Glasgow club, flirting with a move after his name was linked in the Netherlands.
But sources close to his club FC Sochi have dismissed suggestions that a deal for the £8million rated Colombian is imminent.
It could still happen but it seems it will be later in the summer if it does come off.
The 25-year-old moved to Sochi in 2021 and scored 14 goals in 22 games but could leave this summer.
Borna Barisic
Barisic is attracting interest from Turkish side Trabzonspor, according to Football Scotland .
The left-back is currently away on international duty with Croatia for the Nations League triple header and Trabzonspor have had him watched in both games so far.
And they are also set to have representatives in attendance tonight when Croatia host Denmark in their third fixture of the group stage.
It is understood that no official bid has been made yet but the Turkish side are very keen on signing Barisic and are likely to come to the table with an offer.
Ross Stewart
Rangers continue to be linked with Sunderland striker Ross Stewart.
Stewart, who has been dubbed ‘the Loch Ness Drogba’, made his senior Scotland debut as a late substitute as Steve Clarke’s side defeated Armenia at Hampden on Wednesday.
And it could take around £8million to secure his services.
The Mackems are prepared to make the talisman their highest paid player after their promotion back to the second tier leaves them in a strong negotiating position. Meanwhile at least three other English Championship clubs are said to be keen.
The 25-year-old was the north-east clubs top scorer and netted in the play-off final win over Wycombe to take them up into the Championship.
Stewart faces a big call over his future and whether to remain south of the border if Van Bronckhorst does come calling.
