Rangers attacking midfielder Joe Aribo is reportedly set to secure a move away from the Ibrox club and end speculation surrounding his future.
The Nigerian international is out of contract next year and it has been heavily speculated that English Premier League clubs are after him. Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Southampton have all been linked in the last month and now Football Scotland report that 'he could seal a big money exit over the coming week.'
Aribo has been a key player for Rangers since joining from English Football League club Charlton Athletic in 2019 under boss Steven Gerrard, helping them win the Premiership in 2021 alongside the Scottish Cup almost two months ago. He was also a key contributor to Giovanni van Bronckhorst's team reaching May's Europa League Final although it ultimately ended with them losing out to Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt on penalties. An initial cross-border fee of £300k was enough to secure him three years ago.
