Rangers team named to face Hibernian as they target another SWPL Cup triumph

Rangers are set for a thrilling SWPL Cup final showdown against Hibernian this afternoon, with just two points separating the top two in the league.

Jo Potter’s team will be aiming to defend their Sky Sports Cup title following a dominant 4-1 victory over Partick Thistle at Tynecastle Park in last year’s final.

The Glasgow side have been in excellent form heading into this showpiece clash at Motherwell’s Fir Park. They are unbeaten in 2025 with eight wins and one draw.

Potter’s side have scored an impressive 54 goals and kept seven clean sheets since the turn of the year, building a strong momentum for the cup final.

However, Hibernian, with 10 wins from their last 10 matches, sit top of the league and are in formidable form.

Hibs actually triumphed as 3-0 away winners when the pair last met in December, a game where Kathleen McGovern scored twice and Rosie Livingstone added a third.
