Todd Cantwell has been working hard behind the scenes ahead of Rangers' big return.
Michael Beale and his troops return to pre-season training on Friday as key preparations get underway as they bid to end Celtic's domestic dominance and reach the Champions League group stage once again with two qualifying rounds to negotiate to reach Europe's top table. It is set to be all change on the training ground with a number of old faces including Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent gone with at least four or five fresh signings joining the group.
Sam Lammers, Kieran Dowell, Dujon Sterling and Jack Butland have already penned deals with Abdallah Sima expected to complete a season-long loan deal imminently. New goalkeeper Butland has already expressed his excitement at getting started as he uploaded a snap of himself working out on the rowing machine earlier this week.

And now Cantwell - who has quickly established himself as a key player and fans' favourite - has been putting in extra graft ahead of the big return by doing a number of exercises in a one to one session with fitness trainer George Couzens. He uploaded a reel of the former Norwich City man going through his sets with the caption: "@toddcantwell getting himself ready for a BIG season ahead."
Cantwell shared the video to his own profile writing: "Great session again GC. Hit him up!"
The January arrival made a big impression on the Ibrox side alongside fellow recruit Nicolas Raskin in his first six months as he gets ready for his first full pre-season and campaign.
Beale challenged the midfielder to add numbers to his game early on in his Ibrox career and he answered those questions with six goals and five assists from 20 appearances.
Cantwell and Co will find out their Scottish Premiership schedule for the season tomorrow morning as they get ready to kick preparations into overdrive ahead of the big kick-off.
