Rory Loy admits Malik Tillman reminds him of Dimitar Berbatov in the way he moves around the pitch.
The Rangers star - on loan this season from German giants Bayern Munich - earned praise for his display in the thumping win over Aberdeen in a result that matched the performance in a much needed boost for the players and boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
Ex-Light Blues man and BBC Sport pundit Loy believes the USA international, who Rangers have the exclusive option to buy in the summer following the expiry of his temporary deal, is easy to criticise when things aren't going well for the way he walks around but then produces flashes of brilliance just like former Tottenham and Manchester United star Berbatov.

He reckons he is the kind of player who thrives when the team is flying - just like Saturday's 4-1 win over Jim Goodwin's men at Ibrox.
Speaking on Sportsound about the 20-year-old, he said: "[Malik] Tillman again was good. I think Tillman is a funny one.
"He's not obviously had an illustrious career as to yet. He reminds me almost of [Dimitar] Berbatov.
"The way he moves when the teams not doing so well. He is easy to criticise because the way he kind of walks around the pitch at times but he shows touches of brilliance and class and when the team is doing well he thrives in that environment.
"Maybe it's just getting him to do the dirty side of the game as well."
