RANGERS are set to kick-off their summer rebuild with the signing of PAOK striker Antonio Colak.
Boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst identified the Croatian as a key target ahead of the upcoming Premiership campaign and crack at the Champions League this term.
And the Dutchman will now land his man after Colak arrived in the UK to undergo a medical and finalise his move to Ibrox.
Rangers agreed the framework of a £1.8million deal several days ago but the switch was delayed as PAOK refused to sign off on the transfer until a replacement had been targeted.
Colak has played in both of the Greeks' pre-season fixtures so far this summer and he could now make his Rangers debut on Saturday as Van Bronckhorst's side return to action against Sunderland in Portugal.
The Light Blues jetted out to their training camp on Monday and will spend the rest of the week being put through their paces ahead of the fixture with Alex Neil's side.
The deal for Colak comes as Joe Aribo gets set to clinch a multi-million pound move to Southampton and Rangers will now look to target further reinforcements ahead of the new term.
