Rangers are set to offer Celtic an away allocation for the first Old Firm of the season, according to a report.
The Scottish Sun claim the Ibrox men are set to offer their derby rivals 700 tickets for the September 3 showdown as Michael Beale and Brendan Rodgers lock horns for the first time in the Scottish Premiership this season.
The Ibrox men are believed to have made the first move in a bid to find a solution to the no away fans stand-off between the two with recent matches involving the duo only full stadiums of home fans watching on. James Bisgrove spoke back in May about the allocation row stating there was still a 'long way to go' but it is now reported that Rangers ARE willing to welcome Celtic supporters back to Ibrox.

The same report states the number can only sit at 700 due to tickets already sold to home fans for the campaign ahead. Beale and Co start their season with an away trip in front of the Sky Sports cameras against Kilmarnock with Livingston their first home match the following weekend.
The Light Blues are back in pre-season training with a new look to the group. Five summer arrivals are already in the door with Cyriel Dessers expected to make that six imminently. Kieran Dowell, Dujon Sterling, Jack Butland, Sam Lammers and Abdullah Sima are already signed up for the rebuild.
Ange Postecoglou signed off from Celtic with a Treble with Rodgers aiming to replicate his trophy laden success from his first spell by maintaining the Hoops' domestic dominance.
Rangers also have the small matter of Champions League qualifiers on the horizon with two rounds needing safely negotiated to join their city rivals in the lucrative group stage.
