Rangers have TWO Serie A strikers on their transfer radar as the plot moves to boost the attacking ranks, according to a report.
Michael Beale has lost both Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent from the top end of the park after the duo were part of a group of five players to leave with contracts expiring. They joined Scott Arfield, Filip Helander and Allan McGregor in departing the club.
A number of fringe men are expected to join while the incomings have already got underway with Kieran Dowell a done deal with a three year pre-contract signed. A host of other names across all positions including Jack Butland and Dujon Sterling have been mentioned while they club are said to be monitoring Troyes hitman Ike Ugbo.

Now the Daily Mail report that the Ibrox men have run checks over strike duo Sam Lammers and Cyriel Dessers ahead of a vital summer window for the new Rangers management team.
Champions League qualifiers come around fast with Beale wanting a number of his signings in the door sharp for the return of pre-season. They also will want to start fast as they bid to dethrone Celtic and Ange Postecoglou - on course to land a domestic Treble this term.
Lammers has failed to land down a first-team spot since signing for Atalanta in 2020 and has had a number of loan spells away from the club at the likes of Frankfurt, Empoli and most recently Sampdoria. He would be on the move again this summer - as could Dessers after his club Cremonese suffered relegation from Serie A in Italy.
Beale wants players who have experience of playing at Europe and of being at a big-club and can handle the pressure of Ibrox. The linked duo would fit that profile. As quoted by the Daily Record, he said: ”I think experience of playing in Europe, experience of being at big clubs, being at the top of the league, is more important than age.
"We're not going to be signing any veterans, what I'm trying to say is we're looking towards those who have big-club experience and could handle playing at Ibrox with all the pressure and intensity that comes with that. That's what I am looking for."
