Rangers reportedly had a January approach for prolific Israeli striker Dor Turgeman knocked back.
The 21-year-old has scored 16 goals and assisted six in 37 appearances for Maccabi Tel Aviv this season.

The Ibrox side are said to be one of several clubs who 'approached' Tel Aviv over a mid-season move, claims Sport 5.
Turgeman stayed put in January but could be on the move this summer. Indeed, it is said that Tel Aviv are said to be preparing for an 'expected departure' for a price that could exceed €5m.
It remains to be seen who will be in charge at Rangers come the off-season.
Barry Ferguson will remain as interim head coach until the campaign's end, although the long-term Philippe Clement replacement remains to be seen.
Ferguson has carried out a commendable job so far, however, leading Rangers to the last eight of the Europa League and securing a memorable 3-2 victory over Celtic at Parkhead.
His team came from behind to beat Dundee on Saturday, although the 47-year-old wasn't pleased post-match: "Overall, I saw so many old habits creeping in," he said.
"I just had a word with them [the players] about it. I'm not going to allow that to happen. So, it's something that we really need to work on.
"We've got a full week now and that's something that me and my staff, and the players will sit down and we will go through things, we will go out on the grass. Because at stages in the game, I was a bit baffled at times.
"But one thing I will say about them is they showed character again. I keep using this word all the time, but this has been labelled against them."
