Philippe Clement has warned Ridvan Yilmaz will not be involved for Rangers against Lyon.
The full-back is training with his Ibrox team-mates but is not in contention to feature on Thursday night in the Europa League.
Clement has insisted it is "too early and dangerous" to field Ridvan again as he stated he will be cautious in managing the return to play.
Rangers will, however, have Mohamed Diomande back against Ligue 1 side Lyon tomorrow night.
The midfielder was not involved against Hibs at the weekend but is back available for selection.

Clement said: "Mohamed Diomande is back in the squad.
"Ridvan Yilmaz is training with the team but he will not be ready to be selected yet, it’s too early and dangerous. We need to be careful with that."
Then, discussing Nico Raskin and his substitution off at half-time at the weekend, Clement said: "It was a tactical thing in the game. For him his role has changed this season compared with last season in midfield, we do slightly different things so he needs to adapt in that way and like with every player, we showed after the images.
"He is hungry to learn and he will become better. Nico can do two roles in the midfield, the role of Connor Barron also. It’s about learning and getting better in that way."
