Giovanni van Bronckhorst has delivered an injury update on John Souttar and Ryan Jack - and it is positive news for the Rangers faithful.
The Light Blues duo didn't feature in the friendly clash with Sunderland last time out with the game abandoned at half-time due to a floodlight failure out in Portugal. The Black Cats were leading one-nil with the Ibrox men set to offer full refunds to fans who either attended their friendly with Sunderland or bought an online stream.
It wasn't the ideal start to the pre-season preparations for the Dutchman and his troops who are taking part in a warm-weather training camp ahead of their bid to reclaim the Premiership title back from Celtic and earn a spot in the Champions League proper. They have two qualifying rounds to negotiate in a bid to mix it with Europe's elite.

New signing Antonio Colak was handed a start in the friendly as Rangers fans caught a first glimpse of the near £2million signing from PAOK.
And in further positive news, Van Bronckhrost has revealed Souttar's absence is nothing serious while Jack - who has a calf injury - will be training with the squad this week.
He said: “John had to have some buttons pulled out of his ankle. It’s nothing serious.

“Ryan had an injury with his calf. He trained already this week.
“We are managing his load but he will be training with the squad.”
On a tough first week of pre-season training, the Rangers boss added: "The first week in pre-season is always difficult.
“We started with a lot of youngsters, now we are gradually getting new players in and all the internationals are back.
“The first week you don’t have the full picture, but in the next week to ten days we will have everyone fit and fresh.”
