Leading motivational speaker Allistair McCaw has revealed he visited Rangers HQ a day after their Viaplay Cup Final defeat to Celtic.
The America-based entrepreneur has released a series of books on winning culture, leadership and accountability. He has a strong relationship with Ibrox boss Michael Beale and was back in town for catch-up. McCaw was at Hampden on Sunday to take in the showpiece encounter between the Glasgow rivals before heading to the club's training base on Monday. It's not his first trip to Scotland and previously delivered his message when Steven Gerrard was at the Rangers helm.
And he saluted his trip to Glasgow and shared an image of himself and Beale at the training centre as he talked up his trip. Speaking on Twitter, he said: "Always nice to be back at Rangers training ground in Milngavie today. Even better to spend time with the fantastic people there."
Beale and McCaw boast a strong bond with the now Rangers boss previously appearing on his podcast in 2020 where he talked up about his journey in coaching and how important the mental side is in the modern game. McCaw is a a man in demand and has previously addressed Paris Saint Germain and a host of leading colleges Stateside with his quest to turn teams into champions.
