Joe Wright won't be paying attention to Rangers' form since Michael Beale was appointed.
The light blues are seven unbeaten under the new boss, winning six of them, but the Kilmarnock centre back reckons his side have the weapons to hurt them.
With the likes of Scott Robinson and Kyle Lafferty coming back from the sidelines, and new signing Kyle Vassell impressing, Killie's attacking threat has significantly strengthened.
And with solid performances against Celtic the last two weeks despite losing twice, Wright is feeling good heading into tonight's clash under the Rugby Park lights.
He said: “We can’t sit in against Rangers for 90 minutes.
“There will be stages we have to ride the storm and be compact and be good as a defensive unit.
“But we have Kyle Lafferty, Kyle Vassell, Scott Robinson and Christian Doidge, so we have attacking threats.
“Robbo is like a new signing and it is all credit to him that he has come back and hit the ground running.
“With games he will get better and better.
“Both Kyles and Doidgey have all played at a good level and scored goals. So if we can get these guys chances they will hit the back of the net.
“Danny Armstrong has been great as well on the wing and we can cause teams problems.
“We have goals in the team, we are a threat from set-plays, so hopefully we can cause them problems.
“Rangers are in good form but we have to try to capitalise on them losing goals in some games.
“Teams like Rangers and Celtic, they pick up a lot of clean sheets but if we can get the first goal and capitalise on that then who knows what will happen.
“We have to take our chances when they come along.
“The hardest part is the final bit of scoring and that’s why the players at that end of the pitch get paid what they do.
“We have goals in our team, we have good creativity as well and they can supply those chances.”
He continued: “Every game against the Old Firm we have got better and the confidence in the group is growining.
“We spoke after the game at Parkhead and we felt a lot more confident going into the semi-final, than we did going into the league game.
“We were positive and we came out the blocks flying and we had an early chance.
“If we can take that confidence into this game, hopefully it can keep growing and we want to pick something up."
