Rangers fined by UEFA after incident during Dynamo Kyiv Champions League qualifier

Rangers have been hit with a fine of £10,100 by UEFA following concerns related to public safety during their Champions League third qualifying round match against Dynamo Kyiv.

The fine stems from reports that the Glasgow club failed to ensure the safe passage of fans and staff, leading to the "blocking of public passageways."
