Rangers face competition for Todd Cantwell with Norwich 'turning down' an offer from a rival English Championship club.
The midfielder is out of contract at Carrow Road in the summer and has been strongly linked with a move north of the border to join Michael Beale's Light Blues. But it appears competition is high for the 24-year-old with the Canaries booting out an offer from an unnamed league rival report Sky Sports.
They claim the offer on the table was NOT big enough to tempt a sale. The same reports states Rangers' interest in the former England Under-21 star. He's featured 19 times this campaign in all competitions but was left out of new manager David Wagner's first squad for the FA Cup defeat to Blackburn Rovers on Sunday. On his decision, the new boss said: He said: "Todd didn't make it [the squad] today."

Directly addressing Cantwell and Everton star Tom Davies, who has also been linked with a move to Ibrox, Beale said: "No names, but I think they are both good players.
"Todd was an excellent player when he was young and playing against my Liverpool Under-23s. I thought he would go on and have a fantastic career.
"He had that at the start and he is maybe just looking for a move to re-ignite it, but I think he is a fantastic player at a good age.
"And Tom Davies, he used to kick my Liverpool Under-23s team all around the place. There's a bit of John Lundstram about him. I'm not confirming anything with those two. But there's a lot of players we are speaking to at the moment."
