Antonio Colak's fine start to life at Rangers has been rewarded with a spot in Croatia's provisional squad for the World Cup.
He is joined by Ibrox team-mate Borna Barisic and Celtic rival Josip Juranovic in the 34-man squad with the trio's dreams of representing their country at Qatar 2022 more than alive. Giovanni van Bronckhorst swooped for striker Colak in the summer and he has been sensational during his first few months in a Rangers shirt.
The three time capped striker has been keeping fans' favourite Alfredo Morelos out of the side more often than not with his 14 goals in 21 appearances in all competitions. 11 of those strikes have come in the Scottish Premiership with his form in front of goal enough to have him dreaming of adding to his handful of caps.

Barisic has been another consistent in the Rangers team and has played pretty much ever game at left-back despite the big money arrival of Ridvan Yilmaz. The full-back was pitched in for the defeat in Napoli and from the start against Aberdeen but limped off meaning Barisic will likely play again right up until the World Cup shutdown. He featured as a substitute at Euro 2020 against Scotland at Hampden and has eyes on a second finals appearance.
Celtic star Juranovic has been a regular for Zlakto Dalic with the national team boss stating his position in his World Cup squad was 'unquestionable'. Speaking previously he said: "The candidates for right back in Qatar are Juranovic and Stanisic. Juranovic's place for the World Cup squad is unquestionable.
"Stanisic is in the squad because although he is not playing at Bayern Munich at the moment, he did well in our last matches against Denmark and France. I hope he will play at Bayern in the future."
The trio will learn their fate come November 9 with the 34-player group set to be cut to 26. Juranovic should all but have his place secured as long as he avoids any serious injury but for the Rangers duo, they will have the chance to impress and catch the eye once again in the Champions League showdown with Ajax and league outing with St Johnstone.
